This guide is for commanders and staff who are training for, or operating in a multinational environment. The primary focus is on aiding U.S. Army units to better plan, prepare, execute, and assess multinational operations through improved shared understanding, mutual trust and confidence, and unity of effort with our mission partners. This guide addresses three key areas to provide improved multinational interoperability: introducing a common understanding of interoperability; exploring an interoperability framework encompassing the human, procedural, and technical domain solutions to improved interoperability; and showing how leaders can integrate "planning for interoperability" within the operations process. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items in resellable and unopened condition. Most items are eligible for free returns however each item in your order may have a different return policy. Some items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

To check the return policy for your item look on each item page for the returns section. Please note that the few items that are not eligible for free returns may incur a re-stocking fee in addition to having to pay for shipping to return the item.
