For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)

I’m so happy with my purchase! The chair is lovely and feels very well made. It’s larger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing. The back is nice and high and it’s very comfortable. Rocks well, and the option of converting the legs to an armchair later is nice. The fabric is darker than shown in the picture, which I don’t mind but I thought I’d mention if anyone is relying on it being true to colour. It’s exactly what I wanted for my nursery, so I’m so pleased. Shipping was very fast as well! Thank you
