\nYou choose the rides and attractions, don’t be afraid to break rules to get customers in the door
\nBuilding an amusement park has some ups and downs, especially when there’s competition in town. In Unfair, you’ll realize your dreams of opening your own theme park. But often, dreams turn to nightmares. Before you know it, you’ll be in an all-out war for theme park dominance. Other theme parks are trying to muscle in on your territory, and they’re not above some sneaky, underhanded methods to push you out. If you’re going to come out on top, you might just have to abandon the moral high ground!
\nOver the course of eight rounds, you’ll build the amusement park you always wanted. You’ll draft cards to construct rides and attractions based on multiple themes like Pirates or Robots. Then, you’ll deck them out with upgrades like comfortable seating, restrooms, and air conditioning. Staff members will help attract customers, and you can even steal them from competing parks. If all else fails, you can go looking for spare change that has fallen under the rides. It’s a tough business, though, and before long, City Inspectors, Vandalism, and Lawsuits might make you realize that life is Unfair. In a war to have the best theme park in town, everything goes!

If for any reason you have a change of mind with your purchase or the goods you purchased are faulty or damaged during transit, you are entitled to a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
For damaged goods or goods sent in error, proof must be provided (such as images of faulty parts, damaged parts and damaged packing box). Upon receipt and of the proof provided and once confirmed by Hobbyco, we will pay for return postage.For any change of mind, goods must be returned in their original condition (including the product packaging) with postage paid.For Change of Mind returns, a refund will be credited to your account on receipt of the goods in good (fit for re-sell) condition, so attention to return packaging is important!This refund policy does not apply to goods that have the following:-The goods have been used, dropped or broken after opening.- Any attempt to alter the goods or the same goods have been purchased from an external seller.
All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer except in circumstances whereby goods are damaged or goods sent in error. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all necessary postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. We, therefore, advise you take opt for shipment registration & insurance with your postal carrier. Hobbyco will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Be certain to return the correct goods, otherwise, if the goods received were not as discussed, Hobbyco will not cover any postage costs to send the goods back.
The sooner we are notified of a change of mind or problem with the received goods, the sooner we can resolve the issue and advise return details.
Warranty Policy: Per the Australian Consumer Law, all goods sold come with a Consumer Guarantee.
