NOTE: All our products come with a 12-month warranty.
We ensure that all our items are brand new and in excellent condition before shipping. If you receive an item that does not conform to those standards, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Returns Policy
Before you return the products, please check the following requests carefully:
1. Please contact our Customer Service Team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before returning the item. Without the RMA number, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and not acceptable.
2. Please send us 1-5 clear photos if there is any damage or quality issue with the item you receive.
3. If you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order, please contact us before dispatch (1 business day).
4. If you want to cancel the order or return the item after dispatch without any quality issue, please note that the original postage is not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage cost, and a 10% re-stocking fee may apply. Return or exchange requests are ONLY acceptable for unused items and within 7 days of receipt.
5. If you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased, please feel free to contact us. We will try our best to solve the problems for you.
6. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all accessories in the original shipment must be included if you want to return the item.

I purchased this for my father and he loves it. The colour and style are amazing. Lightweight design, easy to fold and open and even easier to get into the car.

Perfect for my needs, folds easily and light to lift into the car. Love the vibrant blue colour. Basic instructions to assemble a little confusing but managed eventually! Nice and wide to walk with, good value for money a third of price in chemist!

I have used 3 of these devices of which this is the third and definitely the best in strength of build and appearance. I live in a retirement village with, obviously, many walkers/rollators in use and the look, style and bright colour of this one are much admired by fellow-villagers and you might get further sales - but maybe not from me, because of.....PROBLEM, THOUGH - My wife bought this for me for my upcoming 87th birthday. As she entered your website she had no idea or intent that she would buy anything from you at that time and remembers having seen a voucher for $10 for a first purchase, but when she decided to make the purchase and order the item, there was no sign of any voucher by the time it came to pay for it. What happened to it?
