Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.
