Processing your Order: An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase. Shipment Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within the same business day. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays. Our Main Delivery Partner is Australia Post, However we may use Different couriers to provide the most competitive rates for Delivery to your postcode .
Please note the couriers may experience delays at this time due to backlogs at depots, so please allow 1-2 extra days for some orders .
Shipment Locations 3.1. Domestic Only: Booze&Barrels Investment Pty Ltd does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia.
Shipment rates and delivery estimates : We will attempt to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

(ii) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
(iii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iv) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
(v) When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:
(A) Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
(B) Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
(vii) We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. 5. Tracking Options: Booze&Barrels Investment Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
5.1. Domestic All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
6. Damages If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately .
7. Missing or Lost Package There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Booze&Barrels Investment Pty Ltd politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us to report missing or lost packages.

9. Special Delivery Instructions Please state in the Delivery Instructions on the check-out page if the household at the address is in isolation due to COVID-19. The special delivery instructions field on the checkout page is for specific instructions for the courier that are printed on the label (e.g. deliver to the second floor and leave with reception, leave behind the pot plant near the front door). Requests for delivery at a specific time of day will be printed on the label for the courier to see however cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers are unable to call or text recipients prior to delivery, to confirm an address, or upon an unsuccessful delivery. Shipping Returns To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2 Bunima Crescent, NGUNNAWAL, ACT, 2913, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
