Where goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund. It is fairly rare that an item is DOA (dead on arrival). However, if it does happen, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of your product being dispatched from our warehouse of any damage or faults. The product needs to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
