Everyday Market will process a refund for 100% of the purchase price on behalf of Emma Sleep (the seller). Given current circumstances, Emma Sleep's courier partner requires that your Emma Mattress be wrapped in its plastic packaging prior to collection. Emma Sleep would also appreciate if the mattress is returned in good condition. Any mattress that has mould, dirt, stains, smells, or bed bug infestations are no longer eligible for a mattress return nor replacement under the 100 Night Trial.This 100 Night Trial is provided by Emma Sleep, the seller of this product. Order cut off dates for order delivery before Christmas

Metro Customers for the 5 States [NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA] can order until December 19 for their orders to arrive before Christmas;
Regional Customers and remaining states [ACT, NT, TAS] can order until December 15.

Dispatch Closure Over the Holiday Period:

[NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA] - Warehouses from these states will be closed on December 23 to December 26 and December 30 to January 1. During this period, there will be no dispatch of orders.
