A Charlie Bears favourite and best seller is the beautiful Frost from the 2015 Hatty Series. The English Ladies Co. has depicted this most loved character as a handsome ceramic figurine. The soft, blue-grey toned fur is modelled in fine bone china, with the mohair texture truly defined. Delicately hand-painted, Frost sits upon wooden floorboards, wearing a winter hat and scarf, finished with a silver bell that has been painted with real platinum. Speckled snowflakes are detailed for extra charm.

Limited to 600 pieces worldwide, this petite figurine comes in a gorgeous cubby-house gift box with a secret door opening! Plus, a numbered, limited-edition certificate of authentication to signify the English Ladies Co. CB2024 range is also included.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.

ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
