This Charlie Bear fashions a shiny, oversized bow over soft golden-brown fur texture that has been modelled in fine bone china with beautiful detail. Superbly hand-painted by one of our master painters, the 2009 Charlie Bear of the Year poses warmly with a friendly wave.

Limited to 600 pieces worldwide, this petite figurine comes in a gorgeous cubby-house gift box with a secret door opening! Plus, a numbered, limited-edition certificate of authentication to signify the English Ladies Co. CB2024 range is also included. As the first Year Bear to be introduced by Charlie Bears in 2009, this soon became a collector favourite. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.

ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.

We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.

We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
