We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot office or warehouse facilities.

Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I was skeptical buying this chair, I’m a tall mature aged student with a bad back, so I needed a good chair. I’m very impressed so far, it’s comfortable, it supports my back, and I can sit in the chair for long periods and do not feel sore afterwards. Highly recommend this chair.

I used more expensive chairs before but this is much better than them. Happy with this purchase. Better quality too. If the armrests have rotatable arm supports this chair will be extraordinary. The carton I received has the parts loosely dropped in it, not tightly packed as you would expect. So I think it maybe a return. I recommend this chair for its quality and comfort.

The base on wheels is very solid steel. Cushion is comfy enough and wide. Lumbar support isn't much support, but not uncomfortable and mesh back is nice.

Feels like good enough quality. Good price when on offer and gets you 90% of the way to a much more expensive branded chair. Really smooth gliding wheels. Just not quite enough adjustment compared to what I'm used to; Does kind of force a very upright sitting position though (hence the 'ergo' part) so if you don't care for that then this won't suit you. MyDeal's choice of shipping company is hot garbage though.

Honestly, I was initially sceptical - there are a lot of chairs out there that make big claims about their ergonomics and comfort. Almost all of them suck. The ErgoDuke is f-ing awesome. I've had many friends ask for the link as they've loved it after trying it, the cost is surprisingly well aimed, honestly I'd pay another $80 for this although the price point is what makes it a true 5/5. Easy to assemble, breathable and does wonders for my back, especially compared to the old pleather office comfort chair I had before.
