However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays.

Pet Station reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations. If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

  • Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

  • All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Marjorie Jackson the Lithgow Flash ( a Tuxedo cat) reckons this is the best food there is apart from supermarket cooked chicken! She especially likes the Tuna, but golly it has been impossible to get for some time, and she begged me to try elsewhere. Thanks, the parcel arrived safely. My only concern was the promised $10 voucher for brand new customers did not come with an email announcing it, so could not use the discount number with order, perhaps next time?
