1. Q: What should I do if my earbud can't pair my phone?
A: Please make sure this earbud has been going into pairing mode ( turn the Bluetooth on and press the function key until the LED light flashing ).
2. Q: What should I do if my Bluetooth earbud is not showing up on my cell phone?
A: Check both devices, and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. If the problem persists, check to see if they are compatible.
3. Q: What can I do when the headset says the pair list is full?
A: Go to the pairing list and try to delete one or more from the paired devices on your phone.
Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.
