Best Practice Drying Method
For optimal results, Floraltec's recommended best practice drying method should be followed using a fully sealed drying room, several oscillating fans & a dehumidifier. Use duct tape to seal all gaps or drafts in room. Generally, one small household dehumidifier will be enough to extract moisture from the yield of a small number of plants.
Arrange flowers on airing rack in drying room then turn on your dehumidifier (at its highest setting) & oscillating fans. Seal the drying room using your duct tape & leave the dehumidifier & fan running until flowers are dry.
Air temperature inside the drying room should be kept above 27.5ºC (81.5ºF) at all times. Rapid airflow of warm, dry air is necessary to prevent mould spores germinating. Expect to see the relative humidity inside the room to rise to between 80-100% within the first 12-24hrs as the dehumidifier starts extracting the moisture from the air.
The objective is to dry your flowers as quickly as reasonably possible, therefore your flowers should be at least ¾ of the way to being dry within 36-48hrs & your relative humidity inside the drying room should have drop down to below 50%. If process is taking longer than 72hrs then you need to be increasing the airflow & speeding up the process via more fans, more heaters or another dehumidifier.

Deliveries to PO boxes require Australia Post shipping. Australia Post shipping is available for items up to 100cm long. We may request your approval to change the shipping method if the item does not meet Australia Post shipping requirements. Same day shipping: All stocked items purchased in the online store before 1pm EST on weekdays are sent on the same day. In rare cases, couriers do not make their set pickup time and dispatch may be delayed until the following day. Damage to products during shipping: In the case you have received your goods damaged you must take photos of the damaged item and damaged box/wrapper and contact us immediately; Claims for damage during shipping must be made within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit.
Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.

Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.

Exchanging an item for a different item:
If you wish to exchange an item for another item, it must be returned to us in new, unused condition within 14 days or receipt. Once we receive the item, the exchange item will be shipped out to you. Any additional fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
New product returns:
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection.
The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase.
To return an item as new, please call or email us. Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Any and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a refund, minus shipping fees and minus a 15% restocking fee.
