The Gravel Vacuum Multi-Substrate Cleaner will allow you to take total control of the aquarium cleaning process. Changing Water is an important part of keeping your aquarium clean. Fish waste and excess food settle on the bottom of the tank in the gravel and substrate. Using the Fluva gravel vacuum you can easily remove the debris from the bottom of your aquarium, while doing a water change at the same time.

All our standard shipping is sent via Australia Post or Courier from our store location in Victoria within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-5^ business days from shipping date within Victorian Metro areas and may take up to 7^ business days from shipping date in regional destinations.

Please be aware that orders outside Victoria may take longer than the estimated times said above.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, public holidays, and pandemics. Jurassic Jungle ships goods to all of Australia; however at this time we do NOT accept international orders.

When to return a product?

You are entitled to a replacement or store credit from Jurassic Jungle when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product:

Is faulty or of unacceptable quality

Does not match the description or sample

Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)

And proof or purchase must be provided (proof of purchase details are outlined above)

Proof of purchase is required for all returns, which can be in the form of your receipt/tax invoice, a debit/credit card statement, loyalty member transaction history or online purchase transaction history.

We do NOT accept change of mind returns.
