We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The information states easily assembly. Not true. This process took 3 hrs to put 8 chairs together. Thank god for a friend who had an electric drill with a Allen key attachment. Also 2 chairs had wicker covering the holes so had to cut wicker. Also had to drill extra hole where one chair was not aligned properly. All looks great now but hard assembling not easy.

These outdoor chairs fit nicely in the patio space. They are of good quality well suited for outdoor use and comfortable.
