Like all the other Gitzo's Center Ball Heads, the Gitzo GH1382TQD Ball Head is a perfectly balanced and versatile tripod head, engineered to ensure the ultimate smoothness and precision of movement and secure locking.
The GH1382TQD Center Ball Head Series 1 Traveler is the slimmest tripod head in the Gitzo professional tripod head range. It weighs just 390 grams and safely holds an 11kg load. Standing at 10.4 cm, it is compact enough to fit between the folded legs of Series 0 and 1 Traveler tripods.
This model features 360° Independent panning lock and provides uncompromising ball smoothness since it's constructed with high-quality, high-resistance steel and aluminium components. The GH1382TQD Center Ball Head is supplied with a short, Arca-Swiss compatible plate (GS5370SD) and is also perfect with all Gitzo's D profile plates. Its quick-release plate is kept locked with a screw-knob and a bubble level helps photographers keep a straight horizon. This tripod head fits most Arca-Swiss style plates from other brands.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
If there is any issue regarding your order and you would like to either make a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our team so we can get a better understanding of what the issue is and assist you in resolving it.
When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
