Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Very comfortable in general use and also under more strenuous circumstances. Greatly priced too

I'm very happy with these Hokas, they look a lot better in the flesh than in the photos. The yellow is not at all offensive. As for the feel? These are my first Hokas, I was getting a fair bit of foot pain after even short runs and now that I'm into my 40's I don't need any extra aches and pains. I just did my first 5km run and they felt great. It's been about 8 hours and no foot pain. Very happy!

All good thank you. The design of the shoe is unusual at the back of the sole, so I hope it will stand up to wear and tear.
