Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

First pair I purchased, the sizing is way too large. I’m a definite US 8, EUR 39. I didn’t check measurements ( my mistake). When delivered I noticed on the box 8B. Not stated on website. I quickly tried on one shoe and realised the 8 is more a 9. Thankfully, My Deal were fast in replying and accepting a return. They were actually very easy to deal with. I requested a size down, 7.5 ( 7B on box). I actually checked the measurements this time which stated a EUR 39. When delivered, which was very timely, I tried on immediately and the first thing that struck me was how narrow the shoe part itself is. And with this pair, the left shoe is a few centimetres more narrow than the right. Very visible to the naked eye. The sole is wide and bilaterally even with each shoe, just the material of the left much narrower. When worn, they both crush the sides of my feet, the left more so. The inner sole is very cheap and not at all cushioned or comfortable. There is absolutely no arch support. It’s like running on cardboard. The design is catchy and the colours attractive which makes it more of a shame they couldn’t put more effort into the ergonomics of the shoe design. I have wide feet and high arches so have been recommended on the Hoka brand and am very disappointed in obvious sweat shop made shoes. Paying a small fortune for such a reputable brand, to have twice been disappointed is such a let down. I am too embarrassed to contact and return again and will now be counting my losses. Shame on you Hoka for producing such rubbish and taking peoples hard earned money. Definitely will not buy Hoka again.!!
