I love the use of the side grip handle on the chopping boards. So easily compacted to store. The knife so sharp I sliced the palm of my hand cutting chicken into schnitzels. I am fine though : )

A nice balanced knife, easy to hold, and keeping it's edge. Never had a ceramic blade before so yet to test it's longevity.

I'm a little disappointed that I didn't check the size of the boards . They are a lot smaller than I wanted. They look good and the knife is very sharp. Would have preferred a larger set.

I is a well balanced, quality knife that is if not better than those $200 knifes,it has a beautiful tempered edge which gives clean and precise slicing.
