The tank is a fill from the bottom, then invert ... would be much more useful for me if it was a fill from the top ... also 1.8L is not a lot of water for someone who apparently needs to refill this several times during the day... other than that it does the job well.

Heats up in seconds, my boys loved how quick it was to make up their cup of noodles. Researched that it has a filter, but not sure how to replace it. Still love it though.

I love my new water heater it is great for someone like me that has difficulty lifting a heavy kettle, and it is the fastest ever yeh basically you turn it on and it’s ready and takes just 8 seconds to fill your cup and whamo you have your cuppa. Love it.

Very pleased with this water dispenser. The water tank is a little awkward to fill though.

I was recommended for this product as I have Rheumatoid in my hands. I was apprehensive at first. It has been great , am not having to lift a kettle and have boiling water at hand. Only have to fill tank twice a day.

I absolutely love this hot water dispenser! I'm 74 and have problems with my hands, I can't lift too good. This is so great I just place a cup under nozzle push button, hot water is immediately dispensed and then I only carry one cup away. It lasts me nearly all day with a visitor as well. To refill is easy but need two hands to lift into position. Nothing like filling the jug or kettle. I definitely recommended this to anyone but especially to an aged or even disabled person.

I bought this for my elderly mum and she loves it. Not being able to pick up a jug, this has given her more independence.

This hot water dispenser is great, saves time, makes a great hot cuppa easily. The water heats as you need it and comes out piping hot no matter if it's coffee or tea you like you'll love this. I would recommend. Actually several other family members have them and find them helpful.
