Our Beauty Imperfects are products that have all the amazing benefits you love about Adorn - but with minor imperfections.
We strive to eliminate waste at every stage of an Adorn product lifecycle, however, we occasionally encounter products with slight defects that are not perfect enough to sell at full retail.
Despite the imperfections, our Imperfects are still functional and safe to use and available at a heavily reduced price. Please note there is a strict no-return policy for any Imperfects purchased.
Individual product imperfections are not listed and purchasing an Imperfect is the acceptance that one, or all the following imperfections may be present.
-Packaging damaged/imperfections/lid missing
-Product damaged/cracked/slight spill
-Old version packaging
-Label damaged/missing
-Fabric tear/thread pull/stain

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. During peak and promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for dispatch.

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $149. For purchases less than $149 shipping costs apply.
Orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier and may require a signature on delivery unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Envelope shipping does not include tracking.

Samples: We offer a variety of sample products so you can try before committing to a full-size purchase. Returns are not accepted for incorrect colour choices, product selection, or change of mind.
Faulty Products: If your product is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service team. We will guide you through the return process. For hygiene reasons, only faulty products can be returned.
Refills & Samples: These products cannot be returned.
Hygiene Practices: ADORN is not responsible for products that spoil due to improper hygiene or cleaning, as outlined in the "How to Use" section on the product page.
Used Products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been used more than halfway.
