Change of Mind
We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) or refunds of products for change of mind where we determine (at our absolute discretion):

b) the products are in their original condition and have not been opened, played with, damaged, tampered with, and have all product tags and seals still intact;
c) a return and exchanges request has been completed.
d) We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return and you must cover these yourself.
Damage or Faulty
e) If the item is damaged or faulty, we will cover costs to return the item, we will require photos showing the issue to be sent via your request.
