Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A wonderful, simple little product that hopefully will deal with the pesky flies hanging around when and where they're not wanted. I had a problem with one being faulty BUT after one phone call to the people at MyDeal everything has been arranged for a replacement. They were pleasant to deal with and prompt with communication. These are very elegant fly repellents. They successfully keep flies away when situated on a dining table.

I have had a few of these over the years. They need to be stored in their boxes to protect the delicate blades and the batteries should be removed if they are being stored over an extended period. They are very effective at keeping insects away.
