A studio monitor is no ordinary loudspeaker. Unlike a conventional speaker, a true monitor must be unerringly accurate, with a flat frequency response and vanishingly low distortion. It has to tell you, the music producer- dependably and unquestionably-exactly what is or is not in your recording. In a studio-grade monitor speaker, there is no place for the usual list of speaker colorations and limitations prevalent in conventional loudspeakers. With M-Audio's BX5-D3, every detail has been meticulously engineered with one goal in mind - to facilitate the freedom to mix with confidence. BX5-D3 monitors have a rear- mounted bass port, meticulously engineered to the exact length and diameter. The result? Deep, defined bass response with maximum bass extension and resolution. When combined with a smoothly-flared port, BX5-D3 monitors markedly reduce the audibly-intrusive air turbulence that results when bass is played back at high sound pressure levels (SPLs). BX5-D3's tweeter is mounted in a custom waveguide for reliably accurate dispersion that eliminates unwanted high-frequency "scatter," whilst ensuring a soundstage that remains consistently wide and stable. Provided the unit is deemed as a fault that is not the cause of misuse, neglect, damage, tampering with internal components or using products outside of their designated applications, Muzic Man Aus may simply exchange your unit for a new unit provided stock is available.

When we receive your item back, our returns team will sort your item and forward to the appropriate service agent for inspection and repair. Once our returns team has been updated by the service agent, they will contact you with an update on the status of your repair and provide an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved.
Estimated service times will vary between service agents. Generally, defective products that are returned to their appropriate service agent can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to be resolved. Please note that these times are an estimate and the process can run outside of the given time frame.
Customers may return their item, please understand that there will naturally be a longer transit time as the item will need to be returned.Our staff will endeavour to get you back on the road again as soon as possible and will explore any alternate options which may assist in fastening the process.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
