DESCRIPTION:
Tools only (tensioner and sealer) for Carton Box Bundle Binding Strapping. This Packing Equipment help to wrap loose content into a bundle. You need to have strap and clips to start a job. It fits only for Heavy Duty PEP/PP strap with max width 20mm.

FEATURES:
There are a few different straps available in the market. Please check the title of the listing to choose the right tools. Below informaiton shows the types of straps in the market.

Plastic strap - light duty use only, best for cartons, box, or cardboard, etc. It has low break strength and could break over the sharp corner. Can be used only by manual tools with clips.

PET/PP strap - could be light duty or heavy duty. This material is featured with high tension break strength and flexibility. Suitable for most of the heavy works. It can be used to strap the brick, or metals. Suitable for both clip sealing by manual tools, or non-clip sealing by electric equipment.

Metal strap - The strongest strap used for heavy duty use. It is mostly for industrial use and it is very heavy to handle. Metal straps need a completely different tensioner and sealer than the other types.

Please note that the strap, clip and the tool must all make a perfect match in order to work or to achieve the highest performance.Includes tools only (tensioner and sealer)
Fits for max width approx. 20mm.

The tensioner works only with Heavy Duty PEP/PP straps (as long as width not exceeds 20mm), may not fit for other straps. Definitely not for steel strap.
The sealer fits for clips which has no more than 22mm in width, and no more than 8mm in thickness.
