Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from the Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity
Change of Mind is only accepted within 7 days of receiving the order, only items are in original packaging, unopened and unused.
Product came with rust on frame work, missing screws and washers due to broken boxes and internal plastic bags. Holes for screws did not all match up so there are a number with only partial insertion. The rattan in places appears to have either moved or not been fully wound on the frame. Right now after 6 hours of installation product is very lucky to have even a 3 score. Maybe I'll update if the wear proves to be good and the sitting comfortable.

Unable to give review as of the 20/12/2021 have only received 2 boxes out of 6. Not very happy please check courier for me.
