(1) 14 DAYS EFFORTLESS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Products in brand new, unopened condition with full original packaging may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
 
We will replace your product if the original item had a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
 
Please contact us by leaving a message first for detailed guidance on return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.
 
 
(2) Return & Exchange Requirements
 
Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase. 4. For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, we will refund the cost of the product itself.

(n) The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered
(o) Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, and operating devices improperly.
