Explanation of the problem of the player not recognizing individual memory cards

Answer:

The player only recognises normal memory cards of the FAT32 type.

If the memory card is not of FAT32 type, it will need to be formatted for the player to recognise it.

Formatting steps:

1. Before formatting the memory card, you need to back up all the files in the memory card to your computer disk to avoid formatting loss.

2. Reinsert the memory card into the player. The player will prompt that it needs to be formatted before use, click format and then choose to store and use this card.

3. Finally, connect to your computer and copy the music files you have backed up to your computer to the memory card.

This will allow the player to use such memory cards.

If the memory card is unplugged multiple times in the player, the player will still prompt to format it, so it is not recommended to unplug it multiple times when using it, and it is best to buy a normal memory card of the FAT32 type.
