This is a unisex prenatal and can also be used as a general multivitamin.

Prenatal Methyl contains 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), a biologically active form of folate which supports a healthy pregnancy and healthy foetal development. It also contains zinc which supports reproductive system health and preconception health in healthy males and females.

Adults (Males and Females): Take 3 capsules once per day, with water.
Vitamin statement:Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
