Please retain this information for future reference.Battery removal and installation instructions: With a screwdriver, loosen the captive screw and remove the lid to the battery compartment keeping it away from children. Insert the new button cell batteries as shown in the polarity diagram (+/-) inside the battery compartment. Lower the lid back onto the compartment and re-tighten the captive screw. **WARNING — KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN** * Swallowing may lead to serious injury in as little as 2 hours or death, due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus. * Never allow children to replace button batteries of any device. * If you suspect your child has swallowed or inserted a button battery immediately call the 24-hour Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26 (Australia) or 0800 764 766 (New Zealand) for fast, expert advice. * Regularly examine devices and make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened. Do not use if the compartment is not secure. * Dispose of used button batteries immediately and safely out of reach of children. A "flat" battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. * Tell others about the risk associated with button batteries and how to keep their children safe.

All returns must be started within 30 days of delivery. We kindly request that you don’t try to return the item without letting us know as every situation can be resolved differently.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items in resellable and unopened condition. Most items are eligible for free returns however each item in your order may have a different return policy. Some items cannot be returned due to change of mind.

To check the return policy for your item look on each item page for the returns section. Please note that the few items that are not eligible for free returns may incur a re-stocking fee in addition to having to pay for shipping to return the item.
