Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The ideal cooler for my needs of travelling in vehicle. Set up alongside on passenger seat area. Whilst travelling, just unclip, reach in and select cold drink or piece of fruit etc. Terrific. Thanks

Unpacked switched on 30 min on economy it reached reqd temp excellent product, had a cover which was included not advertised , evev arrived a day earlier very happy customer , will certainly use firm again.
