Change of mind refunds or exchanges will only be accepted if clothing is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all their original tags on. Footwear must be unworn, in its original box and with all packaging and tags.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of the product being delivered to you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
Exclusions to our change of mind policy
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include:

We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards. These include where:
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for 7 years, they are very comfortable and light and the price is very affordable so New Balance has become my favorite shoe brand.

Great shoes! Sent back as I ordered a size which was too small, swapped 6 for 7, I'm normally a 6 so size up in this make of new balance.

Great value for money for these leather shoes, were a great fit & very comfy. Loved the retro style & a great tribute to the 70’s, 80’s? I actually would have loved to have bought a pair in another colour but did not have my size!
