Onsen 26L continuous flow gas hot water system is designed to deliver endless supply of hot water to your 1-2 bathroom home (up to 3 in warmer climates). 50oC preset models have been preset to deliver water at a maximum of 50 degrees celsius. The advantages of a continuous flow gas hot water systems is that energy is only consumed when you turn on your hot water and not lost from storing the hot water. The unit sits neatly outdoors, ready to keep you and your family warm, quickly and efficiently with its 6 star energy rating.

Delivery is only from Door to Door. Please ensure access is practical and check dimensions against your entry points.
We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses, apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, etc.

Warranty Policy

All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.

Returns Policy

We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery.

As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used. This policy does not apply to any Items bought on sale. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be available in such an event.
