Operated by independent controls, the cooktop has cast-iron trivets and heavy-duty burners with a stable flame, standby pilot and flame failure safety valve. Compatible with either natural gas or LPG with the conversion kit provided in the packaging.

Installation and Maintenance
- Due to the commercial nature of this equipment, please employ a qualified gas plumber for installation in accordance with your local council code and obtain an Installation Compliance Certificate to signify that it has been installed safely and correctly.
- Read the product manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit to ensure correct instructions are followed.
- Check and ensure the gas regulator is set to Natural Gas or LPG as per requirement.
- Check and ensure gas pressure complies with the gas type being installed.
Delivery is standard KERB SIDE delivery only. If additional delivery options are required, please contact seller to arrange PREMIUM delivery service (i.e if item needs to be entered into a building, up any stairs etc) Rural delivery areas are considered premium service and need to be quoted up case by case
