PLEASE NOTE
1. If you have thick liquid or soap, it should be diluted with water in order to function properly. Please don't use alcohol gel.
2. NEITHER flush the unit with the strong flowing water NOR immerse the bottom of the unit in water, which may damage the battery compartment.
3. DO NOT expose the unit to direct sunlight or strong light, mirror, water flow, which may interfere IR sensor system.
4. If you are not going to use the soap dispenser for an extended period of time, it is a good idea to switch it off empty soap and clean it. Remove batteries
and store the unit in a dry place.
It can drain batteries relatively faster. So it's not recommended to use battery all time. Batteries can be used for emergency use when there is no electricity.
We have supplied SAA approved power adapter. Please use it with product to save money and get best results from this item.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
If you receive an item damaged, you must contact us ASAP to receiving the order. This is because couriers don't accept insurance claims if lodged late. The shipping charges for warranty purposes are to be paid by the customer.
