About the author
Nicola was raised by the seaside in beautiful Brighton. She loves reading, dancing, rhyming and turquoise things. She now lives with her husband and son in East London and spends her days writing and editing children's books. She has been nominated for the UKLA 2019 award. @NicolaBookFace
Fhiona Galloway has been a freelance illustrator for many years and has enjoyed illustrating for a wide base of clients, including many children's publishers, which she loves. She lives in the west of Scotland with her husband, daughter and giant schnauzer and when she's not working, likes to spend time walking, watching films and reading.

For faulty products, send us a message to process the refund or replacement. If proven that the product is at fault, we will cover the shipping cost.
Any orders that have been returned to our facility due to one of the following reasons will incur a $10.00 restocking fee:
• The order was not collected from the post office it was transferred to
• The order had incorrect shipping information
• The customer has chosen to not accept the delivery and the order is returned to Smooth Sales
If the product is not in a resalable condition, then you will be required to pay the restocking fee and the return postage.
