We offer exchange on all purchased items. 
We will only offer refunds for items that are deemed faulty under the act.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless an item is deemed faulty.

If you're needing to exchange, please contact us via your MyDeal account to request your exchange, and we will give you further instruction on how to send the item/s back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
