Returning a product if you change your mind

4. Upon receipt of the returned product, BRAND MERCHANT will assess the product to determine if the return will be accepted and a refund provided.

Does everything it’s says it will. It’s great to be able to pop the eggs on and know they will be cooked exactly as I like them, every time. And no timer needed.

I ve used it twice to boil eggs 4 then 6 and also used it to poach 2 egg. It worked as expected. With my latest go with 6 eggs, it was perfect. Only small quibble is the heater plate needs to be antistick coated. I used filtered water which helps with staining a bit!
