Returning a product if you change your mind
If you have changed your mind about a product, BRAND MERCHANT will consider your return provided that:

The amount refunded would be for the cost of the product minus all the shipping cost incurred by BRAND MERCHANT including the original shipping cost and the returned shipping cost. 4. Upon receipt of the returned product, BRAND MERCHANT will assess the product to determine if the return will be accepted and a refund provided.

Very happy with panini press for toasting sandwiches etc Surface wipes clean easily. Best thing about it for me is that it is a non toxic coating which will not pollute the planet as badly as Teflon Grill Presses so and it is safe to use around my pet birds which can be killed by fumes from most heated non stick coatings such as Teflon or Silverstone
