Warranty Policy
All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.
Returns Policy
We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery.
As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.
We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used. This policy does not apply to any Items bought on sale. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be available in such an event.

My first item from my deal. Samsung 43 inch 4k T.V. Price was about $150 cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was within 8 days not counting public holidays. As this was over Christmas I thought that was pretty dam good. Delivery was via TNT which provided tracking and text me on the day of delivery prior to arrival. Got Samsung as I have two others Samsung TVs and used to their operating and set up. Thought about Sony but settled on this T.V. as it was so much cheaper on My Deal than anywhere else. As this was my first purchase I had a couple of questions for My Deal and they were answered within two days over public holidays on Christmas...again pretty good. Certainly will look at My deal again when I need another product.
