Damaged on arrival/incorrect product
We do our best to ensure the correct item arrives to you safely and undamaged however, on occasion damages can occur in transit.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and share photos of the packaging and item as this will help us quickly resolve the issue.
Faulty items
Our items come with guarantees in line with Australian Consumer Law, if the problem is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse if the problem has arisen due to the item being misused.

I personally really love this grater. Its performance is great, it's easy to clean and, has a safe storage sleeve to protect the graters sharpness after use, which also protects little fingers that maybe playing in your kitchen draws. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and am happy to recommend this product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
