Made with the exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating, the Scanpan Classic Induction 20cm Frypan guarantees easier and healthier everyday cooking for one or two people. This PFOA-free coating is safe on metal utensils and allows fat-free cooking with excellent food release. Its squeeze-casted aluminium body generates quick and even heat, be it on any stovetop or in the oven. These exceptional features are further enhanced with a patented rivet-free handle design that will neither come loose nor leave room for food particles to build up.

  • It’s quite expensive but you pay for quality. Works extremely well with induction, which cheaper ones don’t always. Pan heats uniformly and the non stick surface is exceptional.
