If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost.
We recommend you measure the intended space to ensure fit and that you will be able to reach functional buttons before placing your order.
Therefore, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind once the box is opened, or if the product does not fit.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All our products are covered by our 24 month (2 Year) warranty from the date of purchase. If, during this period, your product suffers from any manufacturing fault, we will exchange it at no cost.
Please note that the warranty does not cover appliances (e.g. your dryer), any 'wear and tear' or damage arising from inappropriate use.
Overseas customers will be required to cover any return shipping costs to Australia in relation to the warranty claim.
