My partner put this together on his own and said it took him about 2 hours, but it is wonderful. So much storage space underneath, and a beautiful bed. The gas lift works great - it is heavy to lift but our mattress weighs a ton. Love this bed.

Product great used it to cut palm leafs delivery complicated the parcels have been split up in trees 2 arrived with the post office one a weak later by truck but nobody explained no email information got send I had to complain first I recived only have until I recived a connote no of the trucking company two days after I complained

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
