We will deliver products to you by Australia Post. We accept PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. Your packet will be left in a safe place at your provided address. No signatures are required upon delivery.

In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at Sampson Store, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please send back the damaged product together with a copy of your order confirmation notice to: U496/69 Buckingham Drive, Wangara, WA 6065. Subjected to the product's availability, we may give you another product at the same price or if the product is not available in 4 weeks, you can request for a sales refund.

Please note that Sampson Store does not permit the return of used products or products damaged by mishandling.
