All our products come with a 2 year on-site parts & labour warranty. 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return unwanted items within 60 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. As for damaged or faulty goods received we accept all returns up to 30 days after purchase as well.

When returning goods could you enclose your name and or order number within or on the package. A good way to help us deal with your return is to enclose the original order invoice with a note of which products you are returning and reason for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
