Warranty Policy:
The suction power is fabulous! I like the ability to change this from hard floors to carpets as I have beautiful old carpets! It is very gentle on them but lifting sand and dirt at the same time. Having has a cordless for years it’s taking time to adjust to a tethered cleaner!! It is also very heavy which could be a draw back. But it does glide effortlessly and so I don’t find that a problem despite a bad back. I’m overall very happy
