Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

I love this very simple ,powerful and large bowl stand mixer.... It is solid and effective As soon as I took it out of the box I was baking bread and chocolate brownies... Yummy 😋 Such value for $ and very powerful....

My product arrived in a good package , well worth the money I spent , my friend enjoyed playing it lol but I will say abit information been sent when it arrived because I didn't really get few notices but all good .
