I used to use a drying mat/pad but this is so much better. Items dry much quicker and love the way it just rolls up when not in use

Top quality racks with many uses. I use them next to my hotplate & oven as heat-proof trivets. Also use one on top of the microwave for the toaster to sit on. I use them to drain dry washed veges during meal prep too.
